This is a refurbished Precitec® Type 3D cutting head. Also know as the sensor body assembly.

To purchase a refurbished sensor body we need your damaged one as a core to rebuild. $800 is the minimum price to rebuild a sensor body, if your nozzle body is severely damaged it may cost more to rebuild.
