Opt-in / opt-out Workflow
MG Laser provides the option to send Shipping notifications using SMS Messaging, also known as a text message, to the customer's phone number that is provided in the Shopping Cart area just before the Check Out page.
If you would like to receive SMS Notifications to help track your shipment, please enter your phone number and check the box to provide consent. This feature is still under development; the shopping cart page will have these added fields, as seen in the image below. Enter your phone number, click the box to check for your consent, and a link will be provided to our SMS Policy page for your easy access. These added fields will be located between the list of items and the Notes section on the Shopping Cart page. The consent checkbox is "unchecked" by default. SMS consent will only be active for this specific order. When you place your next order, SMS Messaging will not automatically be active and you must check the box again in the shopping cart each time you place an order if you wish to receive the SMS Messages for the shipping notifications. If you need to opt-out of the notifications for the order you place, the setting can be updated from the Profile Page in the Account settings. Please see the second screenshot below. Simply uncheck the toggle to unsubscribe to the SMS notifications.
MG Laser will not be using these SMS Notifications for Marketing or any other service. The intent is only to provide the customer with Shipping notifications.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from MG Laser again, you will be given the option in the Shopping Cart page on your next order.
Privacy
MG Laser will never share or sell your contact information.
