Pre-Measured Chiller Water Additive Kit with Citranox - 50 Gallon Tank

For 50 Gallon Tank, Pre-Measured bottle of Citranox included.

This Kit Includes:

1. 1 Bottle of General Corrosion Inhibitor
2. 1 Bottle of Copper Corrosion Inhibitor
3. 1 Bottle of Biocide
   
4. 1 Bottle of Citranox (only enough for a 50 gallon tank)

Full contents of each bottle is added to the Distilled water in the chiller tank.

Directions

Water Flushing Procedure

The purpose of these procedures is to make sure that new water and chemicals are installed in the chiller every three months for optimal performance of the laser cooling system. In addition, every sixth month the cooling system is also flushed of all debris and unwanted chemicals.

Every 3 months:

Replace water by using these steps:

1. Drain all the water in the tank
2. Fill with new distilled water
3. Add the full contents of each of the three bottles  to the Distilled water in the chiller tank: General Corrosion Inhibitor, Copper Corrosion Inhibitor, and Biocide.

Every 6 months:

Replace water by using these steps:

1. Drain all the water in the tank
2. Fill tank with tap water
3. Add the pre-measured bottle of Citranox, or 0.5 gal of Citranox per 50 gal of water.
4. Run the chiller for 6 hours with high voltage on
5.  Flush out all the Ctiranox:
1. Drain all the water in the tank
2. Fill the tank with tap water only
3. Run the chiller for 10 minutes
4. Repeat 4 time to be sure all the Citranox is out of the water.
6. With the tank empty, fill the tank using the “Every 3rd month” instructions.
