This hard plastic ring is the second insulator from the top in the upper section of the nozzle body of Non Contact Cutting Head on a Mark II or NTX. It is located under the Brass Base (M111B0). Hard Plastic has the advantage of not breaking as easily as Ceramic and not melting as easily as Teflon.
