Return Policy
Returns
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For proof of purchase, we can use email records and order confirmations.
If the date of purchase has been greater than 30 days from the date of the return, and the item is unused, the item must still be in an untarnished condition.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return may delay processing. Please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected if your country of residence is not the United States. If your location is outside the United States, you will be responsible for shipping charges for the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Exchanges
We will also accept exchanges. For example, suppose the new item's price is higher than the previously purchased item. In that case, we will issue a new invoice and collect payment for the new item. Conversely, suppose the new item's price is lower than the previously purchased item. In that case, we will issue a refund or a credit, depending on your preference.
European Union 14-day cooling off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five business days if approved. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can also keep a credit on file that we can apply to future orders.
