Our website has undergone some exciting updates! Read on below for an overview of how to get the most out of your account with the new features and content available.
Customer Portal
The Customer Portal, found in the main menu of our website, is the home to all of our new account features. From viewing past orders to being able to pay invoices, this area is the center for all of your important information.
Previous Order List
The Previous Order List can be found in the Customer Portal. Click "Reorder" to add all items from the previous order to your shopping cart, or "View order" to review and update quantities from a past order.
Purchase Orders and Net Terms
Here you can view detailed information about your purchase orders or net term orders under “Order History”. If you have a cart full of items and wish to purchase it using a purchase order, you can use the “Cart Purchase” button in the Customer Portal.
Account Payments
The “Payments” page will take you to our third-party invoicing program. Enter the email associated with your account to easily view your account balance, pay your invoices, and see your payment history.
Please note: We now offer ACH as a payment option through our third-party program. Please have your account and routing numbers available.
